Finix was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in San Francisco.To date Finix has raised over $200M, including a $75M Series C led by Acrew Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners and backed by American Express Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Homebrew, Inspired Capital, Visa, and othersAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Creative & Design Manager to set the visual and verbal bar for the Finix brand: someone who has written copy, shaped brand identity, and built web pages and campaign assets themselves, and now brings that range to every campaign, launch, and customer touchpoint across the marketing team.You'll own our creative output end-to-end: brand, campaign, and web design, working directly with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and Sr Organic Growth Manager on the assets that carry our paid and organic programs. This is a high-visibility role. Your work will be the face of Finix in every deck, ad, and event, with direct exposure to senior leadership on brand direction.Your Team: You'll join a collaborative marketing team and work cross-functionally with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Organic Growth Manager, and Senior Field & Community Manager on campaign, content, and event assets. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and partner closely with the CEO on brand direction for high-visibility moments. You won't be handed a playbook. You'll help write it.What you'll do: Establish and maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice and visual identity across copy, web, and digital and offline creativeDesign and build landing pages, ad creative, sales collateral, one-pagers, and campaign assets that convertWrite and edit copy for campaigns, web, and sales enablement alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Organic Growth ManagerGuide projects from concept through final execution, keeping quality high while managing multiple projects at onceProduce creative for field marketing and community programs including event signage, dinner invites, swag, and sponsorship assetsManage relationships with freelance designers, photographers, and video editors as project volume requiresPresent creative concepts and final deliverables to marketing leadership and stakeholders across the companyStay current on design trends, tools, and formats, including AI-assisted creative tools, and bring the best of them into our processWhat you bring: 5+ years in a creative, brand, or design role, with a portfolio demonstrating copywriting, brand development, and web/digital designMastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and familiarity with tools like Webflow or similar web buildersStrong writing ability: you can carry a brand's voice across a landing page, an ad, and a one-pagerExperience taking a project from brief to final asset with minimal oversightExcellent communication and time-management skills, and comfort giving and receiving direct feedbackWhat would make us excited: Experience in fintech, payments, or at a hyper-growth B2B SaaS companyVideo editing or motion graphics experienceExperience building or scaling a creative function from an early stageBackground in performance/direct-response creative, not just brand$140,000 - $190,000 a yearFinix is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
