We are excited to announce that currently we are looking for a 100% remote (work from homeWFH) contract Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to join our team. In this position, you will provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers. The Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative is primarily responsible for fielding requests such as: card activation, program eligibility, explanation of program benefit and explanation/troubleshooting of submission rejection.

The potential base pay range for this role is $18.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
