We are looking for the right candidate to join our personable and social staff. We are willing to train the right candidate. You will have the opportunity to learn personal injury litigation and case management from A to Z. This is an ideal position for someone looking to break into the legal field, and/or is considering becoming a paralegal. Prefer if you have 1-3 years of experience. Responsibilities: Candidate will handle all aspects of personal injury claims including: Screening new client intake calls Requesting police reports and medical records Tracking case progress Maintaining constant communication and follow-ups with client, Handling property damage claims Filing lawsuits Managing multiple calendars Discovery Preparing for trials, etc. Requirements: Excellent writing and communication skills Very well organized Must be reliable, professional, and willing to work in a team environment - you will be working together with other assistants and assisting partners and attorneys #J-18808-Ljbffr
