Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Calendaring Scheduling E-Filing and E-Recording Document editing, style, formatting Some time entry Proforma processing Education/Experience 2+ years of law firm experience Skills Attention to detail Ability to work at a fast pace Microsoft Office Organized Punctual Positive Communicate well with others Work independently and as a team player Working Conditions This position requires sitting for long periods of time while operating a computer. At times, employees are required to work in excess of the normal work schedule, particularly during trial preparation.
