Clinical Research Coordinator

• Contract Duration: 6-months contract-to-hire, opportunity to be brought on permanently based on performance and attendance etc
• 40 hours per week, M-F
• 100% onsite; travel to nearby sites covered by mileage reimbursement.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support clinical trials focused on weight loss, PCOS, and asthma. This role will work closely with participants, investigators, and the research team to ensure study activities are conducted accurately and in accordance with protocols and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned clinical research studies.
• Screen and enroll potential study participants according to protocol requirements.
• Schedule and conduct study visits and maintain accurate participant records.
• Review medical histories, medications, and study eligibility criteria.
• Administer oral investigational medications according to study protocols and document administration appropriately.
• Monitor participants for adverse events and report/document findings according to protocol.
• Perform participant assessments, including vital signs and other protocol-required procedures.
• Maintain accurate source documentation and update electronic study systems/CTMS as needed.
• Communicate with participants regarding study visits, medications, follow-up requirements, and protocol expectations.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and research team members to ensure studies remain compliant and on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP, study protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.
