5+ years of B2B digital ad sales experience (non-negotiable). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a commission-only, high-reward environment. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Basic knowledge of marketing/advertising analytics.
